Welcome to our neighborhood!
Rosewood Estates is a private residential neighborhood in northwest Oklahoma County on the western edge of the City of Edmond. It is located in the Deer Creek Public Schools District. In 2005, Quick-Mincy Properties, L.L.C. began development of Rosewood Estates. Home construction within the neighborhood was completed in 2013. Unlike other neighborhoods in the area, Rosewood Estates is small neighborhood that is completely developed. No additional home construction is anticipated. The large fountain, gated entrance, community swimming pool, and large green belt distinguish Rosewood Estates from similar residential neighborhoods within the area. The Property Center, LLC. assists the Homeowners Association with management of community finances and property.

Community Pool
The Rosewood Estates community pool is available exclusively to residents and their guests. Open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- Residents must accompany all guests
- No glass containers
- Children under 14 must be supervised

Available for resident use and private events. Contact the HOA for reservation information.

Playground
The Rosewood Estates playground is located within the community green belt area and is available for use by all residents and their families.

Our Location
Rosewood Estates is located on N. May Avenue between N.W. 164th Street and N.W. 173rd Street in west Edmond, about 3 miles north of Quail Springs Mall.
Turn east onto 173rd Street and continue until you reach the front gate.
